POOR MANAGEMENT!! I just moved here and already having problems with my apartment! Not only that, but the director is VERY RUDE!! Can’t wait to move OUT!
They don’t even get to have one star. I waited a whole month to find out I was denied. When I first applied I was told I would have an answer in 48 hrs. It’s been a month, the front lady at the desk doesn’t do her job. I waited until this lady finished her long personal conversation on the phone , until she finally wanted to greet me. Was told months in advance that I was approved for a lease so I made my deposit and had to email the lady multiple times and call and still couldn't get my name on the lease when I was told I was approved by her but she kept only sending the lease with my girlfriend name on it and then after about the third time of emailing and who knows how many times calling my girlfriend went in the day before we were supposed to sign are lease to ask about changing it and told us I was denied. I've been here for a few weeks and the air conditioning has not worked since I been here. This is unacceptable.
As someone who conducts apartment tours across Columbus, Ohio to assist individuals and families in finding suitable housing, I make it a priority to give honest, firsthand feedback about the properties I encounter. I previously reviewed this complex a few months ago, and unfortunately, I have to report that very little has changed since then.
