We have been satisfied residents for almost 7 years now. The best things about this community are the secured, temperature -controlled underground garage and the small town community feel. We love it here!
The Village Cooperative of the Northland has been my home for almost 7 years now. I still love it here! I am involved in lots of the social activities like domino’s and card games with my friends. I appreciate the secured building and the underground parking is one of the best things here too! If you are looking for a great place to live…this is it! P.S. This photo is from my deck!

A great community environment where you can be as involved and participate in whatever activities you desire Some of my favorites are the morning coffee group, Friday social hours, cards and various games and raised bed gardening. Building maintenance provided where safety and security is prioritized and especially indoor parking has made me a happy resident since the beginning almost 7 years ago.
