I live here, I have been very happy since moving into the Village Cooperative of Allen. My neighbors are the best! My wife and I moved to Allen from South Dakota in 2008. We lived in a single family home, met a few neighbors but never made any lasting friendships. What a difference at the Village Cooperative of Allen. We have both made so many connections with people that we had missed since leaving small town South Dakota. Poor review mainly because they never pick up the phone or return calls. I left several messages with my questions and providing my phone number and email. My realtor also left several messages. They don’t take the time to return calls.
Wanted to provide a real review, versus Matha Goram who obviously knows absolutely nothing about The Village Cooperative but is compelled to provide her opinion anyway. I am a member of the Village Cooperative of Allen. We will be moving into our facility around September 2024. Our building is top quality construction, built to last, provide accessibility and be sustained with a reasonable maintenance budget.
