Wanted to provide a real review, versus Matha Goram who obviously knows absolutely nothing about The Village Cooperative but is compelled to provide her opinion anyway. I am a member of the Village Cooperative of Allen. We will be moving into our facility around September 2024. Our building is top quality construction, built to last, provide accessibility and be sustained with a reasonable maintenance budget. Time-Share for Senior Citizens since perceived ownership is a share and not an asset? Soft-sell on maintenance but new condos will not need any for a few years. Share value increases less than one-third that of average real estate assets. Perpetual monthly payments which will increase over time is an interesting concept even after a significant down payment. Caveat Emptor!
