This is such a great place it's hard to single out what makes it so special. First of all, the staff. They go far beyond what's expected of them by providing true compassion for the residents. Katie who is general manger is smart, efficient, and caring. The medical staff is attentive and knowledgable. We consider ourselves very lucky to have placed my wife's father in this facility. I whole heartedly recommend Harbor Tower Village.

Village Concepts is a place I would trust without hesitation if considering a place for yourself or a family member. The staff is outstanding, caring, mindful, and attentive. Katie the director is a genuinely wonderful human being to interact with and someone who advocates for her residents and their quality of life and care. My father lived here for 15 months and we couldn't have been more pleased with the care he received. The staff are caring and compassionate, the food was varied and well prepared, and the opportunities for social events were plentiful. My father was blind and wheelchair bound, and the staff were always looking for new ways to accommodate for his abilities. My family is grateful that he was able to spend the last year of his life in such a caring environment. Thank you all!

What a wonderful and loving environment this was for my mom, who spent 15 years here. The meals and outings were so enjoyable and the staff was caring and compassionate. The director was always responsive and easy to approach. The facility was super clean and the residents were well cared for. I recommend this facility for all family members struggling with the tough decision on what it best for the health and safety of a loved one.

I worked here for over three years and only left to stay home with my baby. The staff are the best team I’ve ever worked with and the Executive Director, Katie, is such an amazing boss. The teamwork, communication and genuine care that goes into their work is such a beautiful thing to be apart of. If I could work there for the rest of my working years I would.
