The support received by coach Fatimat is beyond what I could have expected. You are not going to a gym, you will be going to a place where you will be starting new friendships and a healthy way of life that will make you stronger physically and mentally.
Working out with Coach Fatimat has changed my life. When I first met her, I had trouble climbing a flight of stairs. My knees hurt all the time. I was completely out of shape!
