I have been coming to this clinic for many years and find the reception staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The doctors here are always professional and helpful. My doctor is Dr Nandra and when he is away at times, I have no problem seeing another doctor who is available. I have no problem in highly recommending this clinic
I come to this clinic with my partner. The doctors were very good and very kind, we were happy with them. But the reception was very bad. Two older ladies at the front desk were very rude and belittling to me when I ask a simple question. The way they talk to me make me feel very bad and uncomfortable. Also there was a male receptionist and he was not helpful and look like he don’t know what is going on. It is sad because the doctors are very good but the reception make the experience not nice.
Doctors were good. Management sucks, they're rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing!
