Actually a nice quiet and clean clinic in mt. Eliza
I have been attending the practice for many years. The doctors and nurses are very professional and the reception staff are helpful. My parents see Dr Bill and I see Dr Patrick both of whom are friendly, professional and non judgemental. I recommend the practice.
Doctors are fantastic!! It's a shame I'll never return. Admin staff horrendous.
Have been attending this clinic for years with my family and needed to move an appointment with Dr Luke Carter at short notice. Only to be charged the full $90 consult amount despite not being able to attend the appt. Extremely disappointed that there is no consideration for regular patients of the clinic. I do not recommend booking with Luke. This decision was apparently his and receiving a fee is clearly more important than putting patients first.
Doctors: 5 stars. Reception: 0. The medical care here is genuinely good, but you have to get past a front desk that treats unwell people like an inconvenience. Kindness costs nothing ladies!!!
