You’ll love our hand pressed shirts! No shirt pressing machines here. We hand scrub soiled cuffs and collars. They are then gently washed in warm soft water using a mild soap. Shirts are then air tumbled in a cool dryer and hung damp for a final fresh air dry. The shirts are then pressed entirely by hand with love.

I brought my wedding dress in for cleaning and preservation. I confirmed before leaving it behind that they would do the preservation part too, and that it wasn’t just dry cleaning. I was assured that it would be preserved as well. Instead, they gave me back my dress JUST dry cleaned and I was charged $185.
I brought in a wool Dolce & Gabbana blazer and a silk Fendi dress, and after the cleaning, they looked absolutely brand new! I’m deeply grateful to the staff for their amazing craftsmanship — thank you for your golden hands! I wholeheartedly recommend this place 100%!
Update: The new proprietor of Village Cleaners reached out to me and reminded me that the last time I was there, in April, I had two pants drycleaned. One of them came back without a back button. I've updated the review accordingly. It seems they completely changed ownership and crews at the turn of the year. I wish them the best. These guys lie about handwashing stuff. I specifically asked them if they hand-washed, and they flat out lied to me and said, "Yes." But they couldn't even look me in the eye and made shit awkward. I only come here because they are latino so I gotta support but man you do not gotta lie just to get business... Are things that tough now?
