I had a very disappointing experience at Village Cleaners in Wantagh. I brought my wedding dress in to be steamed before my wedding, and when it was returned to me, there were black marks on the dress that were not there beforehand. When I brought this to their attention and asked if anything could be done to fix it, the woman at the front was dismissive and unwilling to take accountability. I ordered a dress online for a destination wedding I'm attending, and of course, it was delivered much later than expected and it didn't even fit! I received the dress Monday night, and visited Village Cleaners on Wednesday at 8:30 AM, with a very large request.
