The dry cleaner advertises one hour service. I dropped off a two piece suit on Wednesday. The owner said I could pick it up the next Wednesday (one week). I asked if it would take that long, she asked when I needed it. I said Monday (five days). She asked if Saturday (three days). I agreed and she added 4pm. I returned Saturday at 3:40pm and she couldn't find it. Finally she told me it wasn't finished... I waited... I am not sure how they can do one hour service. Nice local family run cleaners + tailor/alterations. Few times I’ve been here the lady is nice and helpful. Nice hard working folks. Love to keep business local and help out the local economy vs going to chain places or the messed up dry clean world down on Roselle in Schaumburg.
