This place ruined an expensive shirt of mine! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your dry cleaning. I had never been to this dry cleaning location before and decided to give it a try... big mistake. I dropped off some clothing, including an expensive shirt I bought recently that was getting dry cleaned for the first time. When I picked my items up I noticed that the graphic on the shirt looked like it had been scraped off in multiple areas. I never leave reviews. In fact, I hate leaving reviews. Unfortunately, here I am. I have been using this cleaner for years. I never had an issue. As of recent, I've had 2 items lost. I chalked the first time up as an honest mistake; afterall, it happens. It happened again. Having just lost my $60 shirt and not offering a credit is beyond me. I in essence just paid them to lose my shirt. It's unfortunate that after 8 years of going there, this will be my last. I would love to hear from the owner. I brought a wool vest in to be dry cleaned. They lost the buckle for my vest. I couldn’t wear it to a wedding. I asked the owner and he said they threw it away. And he would replace it. And he wants to use some off color cheap buckle on a wool RL vest! Come on. And he asked what I wanted. I want the buckle I dropped it off with.

My family and I have been going there for years. Friendly owner and staff. They do a great job with all our clothes. Have gotten clotheas, rugs, and even my wedding dress cleaned.
