Very great customer service, but they have no idea what to do when it comes to cleaning expensive coats , my 250$ jacket came back with permanent stains that couldn’t come off not even with bleach, they might be good with regular clothes but definitely wouldn’t take good quality clothing's.
Paid $80 for my dress to get cleaned and they had it for a week and gave it to me like this! My husband was really mad about this!
Concord is now and has been for some time now Abney's family cleaners. Fantastic work and fantastic family doing the work. You couldn't ask for a better business or service provided.
If I could give zero stars I would. Drove 45 mins to drop a coat off here was told it would be cleaned and pressed. Coat looks EXACTLY the same as it did when I dropped it off. Don't waste your time.
