The service specialist, Jacob, is fantastic!. He will put toes in your shoes and take a good care about you. Recently I had a big haul up to replace front differential, front brakes and rear backs and others. He helped me find a best solution and it saved me a couple of thousands! During car fixing week, Village provided me a free hybrid car to drive and this free service is really cool and is appreciated by me.
I purchased a car from Village Chrysler and the whole experience was frustrating from the start. The car was delayed for almost two weeks because of a control arm issue and new tires being needed. When I finally picked it up, the steering wheel was pulling to one side and it was clear the car had not been aligned. If you replace control arms and put on new tires, an alignment is not optional. I came in to browse and was met by the most sweetest lady at reception. Ramal and I had great conversation and she really knows her stuff, I really like her vibe. Her professionalism and tone with a genuine smile really set the standard for the rest of my visit.
Bought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler here and the experience has been terrible. They didn’t honour my service contract, are rude, condescending and refuse to acknowledge the door and hinge corrosion issues that even Chrysler Canada has. I’d highly suggest avoiding this dealership!
