The owners are doing many positive changes such as adding a playground and the manager is on top of things . Its quite and peaceful with deer roaming the edge by woods.
Great place to live; it is nice and quiet.
Village chase apartments have gone down hill since the last property manager left! The pool never opened last summer and so far this year 2014 still hasn't opened. Manger John B always made sure lawn and property was looking good. He would have made sure pool would have been ready . He cared about keeping the tenants happy because after all if they aren't happy then you will lose them and word will get out about village chase and possible future tenants will stay clear of the place.
