First time wash cycle failed and left soap on vehicle, so I had to pay again for rewash, second wash also left soap. I left my name and # on business provided form. I never got a call back. Had been going there for years, never again. The place is not manned or maintained.

I have used this car was for 20+ years. Today when I left my car was covered with either soap or wax drippings and looked worse than when I pulled in, even after trying to wipe off with a wet towel at home. When I called to report this, apparently the phone goes to fax machine. I’ll find another car wash or wash myself from now on.

Broken hose. Can’t tell until after you pay. No attendant. Got soaked. Had to drive home in my underwear. Avoid!

After putting in my money and counting carefully( Bank employee 28 years) I know how to count. The light kept coming on asking for more money, I put it in thinking maybe prices had uncreased, not yet posted. It started, the hose had a major leak that you don’t see until the water and soap are gushing out. I am soaked from top to bottom, shoes, slacks, shirt and now home to get dressed again.
