Cannot recommend Village Carpet Care enough. The professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail in every way was amazing. I thought I was going to have to throw out my cream silk shag rug after years of country clay dusk exposure. I was absolutely amazed at how it was almost new when I collected it. The service was prompt and the employee was very polite. For this I would give them 5 stars, however I feel the carpets were not cleaned effectively. I proceeded to use my Bissell carpet cleaner in a room that was not occupied and the results were disgusting. The photos are of what I extracted after Village carpet cleaner had already supposedly cleaned my carpets.
We had our woollen rug cleaned by Village Carpet Care. Fantastic service, very friendly receptionist and the rug came up really good. Great service. Thank you.
