Village Caregiving is now a wonderful place to receive care from. Until recently there was a very toxic person in a management position. That person is gone and the new hire has been a great addition. Alec, Sarah and Ashley are a dream team - with aligning concepts of patient care being priority 1. My consistent care workers Heidi, Jaeli and formerly Ashley are far beyond reproach. I’d be in a facility without the incredible care of Village Caregiving.
Alec has been so flexible with my schedule and is always so kind. He’s a very pleasant person to speak with. He’s always chipper no matter how much is on his plate. He ensures safety of staff and clients by checking in when he can. He’s been nothing but supportive and helpful in every aspect of the job. I truly love Sarah and Alec and highly recommend the company to anyone looking for home healthcare.
Village caregiving is the Best in town! The cnas go above and beyond to help out their clients. The staff in the office are always friendly and ready to help, I would absolutely give them a chance!
