Working at Village Caregiving has given me flexibility to advance my career while having steady clients and hours! Duties are simple- helping clients with hygiene and dressing, food prep, and some household chores. While the tasks are simple, it leaves a huge impact in these clients daily lives and that gives me a lot of fulfillment. Sometimes finding a client within your area after losing one can take a little while, but overall it is a great company to work for!
Village caregiving is a very reliable agency. The Services are wonderful. There is respect, understanding and a spirit of team work exist between clients, caregivers and Village caregiving team. Its a privilege to be part of the team.
As a whole, you will not find more reliable or compassionate care anywhere else. I have worked with this company for close to two years I believe if not a little more. The caregivers I have specifically worked with are without exception trainable, kind and empathetic in each unique care situation.
