I really appreciated their professionalism and the care they provided her in her past days, but what really impressed me the most was their caring attitude and the individual spirit of each caregiver at this home. We can’t say enough good things about the care our father/father-in-law received at the Stephen F Austin home. Jenna and all her staff are caring professionals who did all they could to make Bob feel comfortable, happy, engaged, kept clean and notify us of any needs or care that he needed. Bob lived at the Austin home for a couple of years and then we moved him to the Park Avenue home to be closer to family. He received the best care at both locations.
