Review is for unit 701 it was full of pet hair on the sofa and all over the living room, human hair in the bathtub, pubic hair on the toilet bowl cleaner, huge roaches in the living room, gross stains on the curtain, and what looked like droppings from a rodent on the floor. Pics are attached. Disgusting. I only used the place to sleep as I was in town on business and I regret not getting a refund. Didn’t even send a housekeeper over which should have been done without hesitation.

From booking and scheduling to checking in and checking out. Premier Gulf Coast Properties has far exceeded our experience. 10/10 highly recommended. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. The point of contact is always very responsive when anything is needed or if we had any questions. All amenities and the pool was awesome. Very professionally ran property and rental business. Will most definitely be back with you guys. Thank you again.
