I bought my house from Lennar four and a half years ago. I absolutely love my house and how everything, like they said, came with it. I've had almost no problems with my house except my driveway. For some reason when the concrete company poured my driveway there was iron ore rocks in it and my driveway ended up having tons of crazy rust staines on it and holes in it. It was such an eye sore. So Lennar is building in my neighborhood. They and the developers refuse to fix the erosion and the damage that they’ve done very close to my fence. Everyone is shifting blame. We had a big rain storm yesterday and the day before which has caused the erosion to be much worse. A few weeks ago they were digging again, which I don’t understand why they dug so far.
