Great experience! The home is beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Buying a new home can be a bit stressful, but the two people that have made our experience with Lennar a real blessing are Matt & Jamaal. Village Builder has gone thru a "Rebranding" as they like to call it. Changes in existing home plans have greatly cheapened the the look and value of the homes they used to build. Was informed by Laura that customer choices are very limited. Found that even if you want to pay extra for minor changes and upgrades that they would not be willing to work with the customer to give the customer any satisfaction.
