Terribly rude, condescending and unprofessional when inquiring about availability. Looked bothered when we approached the door and tried to hastily run us off.
Our family will never purchase from Lennar again. The customers service is wonderful until you close on the home, then you cannot get ahold of anyone to get the problems fixed. Things that should have been fixed and installed in the home before we closed were not, which we payed for so many upgrades and they were forgotten. The sales rep proceeds to question me asking if I saw that they weren't installed at the time of closing pretty much making it our fault we didn't catch it.
