Village Builders built our home in 2021/2. Sam and his crew were professional, kind, and easy to work with. The house was completed on our agreed timeline and fell within the budget we set out. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks Sam (and Gord!).
Sam and his amazing team built our dream eco home on SSI. I can not praise he and his team strongly enough. From day one of helping us find an architect to the final day of getting our occupancy permit Sam was a joy to work with. He was terrific at really listening to our wishes and helpful at offering suggestions when asked. Island Village Builders built our home in 2021-2022. Our project was completed on time and on budget. We had some unique requests, including potable rainwater catchment, and Sam (the contractor) and his crew met every one of them! Sam was transparent throughout the whole process and was an excellent communicator. The care this crew put into building our family home was above and beyond what we had hoped for. On top of it all, they were kind folks who were fun to work with. We highly recommend Island Village Builders!!
