Love the rental we've had over 8 years with the company and Owner. Prompt replies to requests and upgrades to apt were requested and completed quickly. Very nice rental agreement. Not sure why anyone would have issues.
Untrustworthy
Beyond awful!! Made an appointment to have work done 1 month in advance and they never showed up! When I called to inquire I was told someone called in sick and they would be here the next day. The next day came and went and no one showed up and no one called me. When I called to find out what was going on I was told that one of their vehicles broke down and they were waiting on a part and they would be here for sure the next day!
