Poor poor poor customer service. Joe and staff state face masks required. ok, I get it. But what about if you medically cannot wear them? Maybe have a sign on the door stating to wait outside and someone will come right out? It would save some embarrassment not too mention, you ask what the medical condition is in front of your other guests. Wow was I treated like crap. Sure wish Dale didn't sell because its gone DOWNHILL ever since. And to think I was going to spend 4K on a family of bikes. Not here. Will not be back.
