Staff were great to work with. They eased the process of buying a bike for my son. They answered all my questions, made sure his bike was road ready and loaded it in my car for Me. Great experience.
Every time I stop in, to buy a new bike or an accessory, I get the BEST service. At the Cascade store, the main employee is the mechanic and covers the floor (when I’ve stopped in), and he’s about the nicest guy you’ll meet — and he loves what he does and it comes out in his service. Awesome business!!!
I had a bike that was in sore need of a tune up. I wasn't sure if anyone could get it rolling again, or if it was a goner. VBS was able to turn it around in 48 hours and exceeded my expectations - both in terms of their communication and the quality of their work. I'm enjoying my bike and held off (for now) on needing to buy a new one.
We shop at Village Bike and Fitness for all our biking needs. Staff is knowledgeable and eager to make sure our bikes and equipment fits our needs. I LOVE my new ebike!
