RecommendedWalt, Jimmy, Connie, and the rest of the team make me feel like family when I come in. I love the fact that there is no side eye with my nearly 10-yr old, basic mountain bike. They have been super busy (like all great bike shops this season) but never rush me. I came in today with a broken chain in my hand and they had me fixed up in 15 minutes! Don’t waste time with any other shops, you will be just another number.

I've been dealing with Walt Gardner for over 40 years going back to our High School days and he has never lead me wrong. I have also bought several bikes from a large chain here that went under about 2 years ago due to some questionable business decisions by the 2nd Owner but nothing that Walt does is questionable in any way. I just wanted to give a shout out to the best bike shop in town. I have been going to Walt and Connie at Village Bicycles for 8 years now and they are always a pleasure to do business with! Today John got my bikes shifting issues resolved by straightening out a bent rear derailleur and installing a new chain. Afterwards I rode the bike on a local trail and it felt like a new ride! Very nice!!! Again a big shout out to a Great shop and knowledgeable staff!
I caught the fever to ride a few months ago and these kind folks have done everything they can to accommodate that! From knowing your name and bike you bring in for repair after one visit....to sharing in my excitement of my new to me bicycle and helping me getting it on the road in record time....they are simply miracle workers and obviously have a passion for what they do! They've definitely earned a lifelong customer!!!
Excellent customer service and knowledgeable repair staff. They were very accommodating and squeezed me in while I waited to get my bike shifting properly. Will definitely be back for future repairs and purchases! Thanks again!
