Could not be more happy with the service from Village Bicycle. Stopped in last week to ask a question and it so happened to be during their lunch. They were cool as hell and paused their lunch time to help me. Dropped my son’s bike off one or two days later to be looked over because of a few issues. It was done within a day. Young man even came over to my car to see if I needed any help getting it out. Guys were awesome!! Friendly, welcoming and answered all my questions no problem. I would recommend 10 fold.
This family-owned bike shop is the tops. We have rented bikes, pedal carts and have gotten our own bikes serviced and maintained here. And to emphasize their great and benevolent customer service: the fender of one child’s bike accidentally got bent and made the bike unusable. We brought it to Village where they removed the fender and checked the bicycle for safety. All this for a bicycle that we owned and not a rental and they didn’t want to charge us!
