2 stars because everyone was friendly like everyone says. 0 stars because although my hair looked good after the highlights, it was over processed, the young lady left me under the dryer too long, my hair feels like straw when I wash it, no amount of conditioner helps. I have had highlights many times, never has my hair felt like straw. I will continue to search for my next fabulous hairdresser somewhere else. Oh and I have never paid so much for a cut and highlights $$$, triple digit costs!

I had my hair cut and colored. They do an awesome job. Definitely will be back!
