Went in to have my money deposited and this woman said that it was fine so she started to do it. Then I had this older blonde woman come up and told me that she understands that I am a server but next time to please uncrumble my ones next time as it takes away time from other customers. It kinda felt condescending, and I offered to do it right now for them but she said just do it next time. Very unresponsive. The fraud detection center that is advertised isn't real. Just had my card locked out trying to make a donation to the defense of Ukraine. The detection center is SUPPOSED to automatically call you immediately to verify any unusual purchases and let them through immediately if you OK it. And when it's blocking funding for air defense against Russian Shahed Drones targeting civilians and children, that is completely unacceptable.
Kelley vantassel is so great she is so helpful and nice. She help explain what I'm looking for or answer any questions I have too. I have had a great experience with my bank. They have be great to me on so many things.
