Most horrible bank don't ever bank here they don't even know how to transfer accounts to another bank noone answers the phone. The manager Marissa I think her name is . Worthless the phones keep circling the same automated.saying. that place needs.to be closed and everyone fired

Someone really needs to have a word with Kelley. She's extremely disrespectful and does not know how to do her job. Does she know how to help customers close accounts? Nope. Can she help with transferring accounts to other people on when the proper paperwork is shown? Also, no. They couldn't even assist with a simple money wire.I'm extremely disappointed and will have to look for new bank.
