Yummy Sandwiches Don't let the name fool you. Village Baking has a wonderful deli along with all of their yummy baked goodies. Their sandwiches are absolutely delicious. The place is huge and has an enormous selection of items. It's located in McHenry Village and they even have tables outside to enjoy the sunshine.
Nice bakery They offer a variety of baked goods, - breads, cookies, cakes etc. Every fall I order a variety of cookies and sweets for the holidays. My children especially love the chocolate covered mice. The quality is good. Usually the staff is friendly. Also, it's nice to grab a coffee or chai while running errands. I haven't tried their salads or sandwiches but they look good
Delicious Desserts This is my favorite bakery in Modesto. It serves tons of different kinds of cookies and cakes. They are very creative with their desserts and even make some shaped like animals. They also make top quality sandwiches and salads.
Great Bakery This is one of the best bakery's in modesto. I love their chocolate covered brownie mice. They're a bit pricey but its well worth it because everything they offer is delicious.
