I’ve been to Mike at Village Auto twice now. Both times he fixed the problem quickly and got me on my way. I moved here from CT and it’s important to me to know I have a mechanic I can trust, and I can say with certainty that Mike is my guy now.
Thankfully, I was near Village Automotive when I heard a hissing sound coming from my tire. Mike immediately came out to check it out and plugged it up for me. He did not even charge me anything and wished me a great day. If there were only more people out there like him who were so willing to help others.
Highly recommend! This is a locally owned place who does right by customers. I left there feeling like the cost was very fair- that’s rare. I live in Saratoga Springs and make the effort to drive there because I trust them. I drop the car, then walk to the diner down the street for breakfast and then go work on my laptop at the library. They knew I was waiting and took care of it quickly.
