I've always gotten timely appointments and great work from the guys at Village Auto. This time I just went for a short walk and my headlight was replaced by the time I got back. I used to drive over an hour to go back to the place where I grew up to get my car fixed. I think I finally found a great local garage!
A superb experience with Neil and team, someone you can trust for both the price and the quality of the work. My van needed some work. We had a comprehensive and open conversation to get an estimate, and I gave the green light. Scheduling was a breeze. When Neil called a day earlier than expected, the news was even better in that he had been able to get the required parts for less than the estimate. Superb. Great quality work, great team, great experience.
Failed inspection, which is fine but would not tell me what was wrong.. “Exhaust and drivers side suspension” is all I got, what was broken or wrong with them was not shared when asked. Maybe an off day or they wanted more fee. They also did not explain the test process.
