If I could give negative stars, I would. This was, without question, the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Gerry, the owner and salesman, was dishonest and misleading throughout the entire process. Within a 24-hour period, we were lied to four separate times. Looking back, the heavy rain both times we drove to pick up the truck for our son should have been a sign to walk away. We received multiple confirmations from Gerry that the truck was ready for pickup and that all of the agreed-upon repairs had been completed.... read more

We had an amazing experience with Village Auto in Attleboro! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We looked at the car twice, took it on as many test drives as we wanted, and they even put it up on the lift for us twice so we could thoroughly inspect everything. There was never any pressure — just patience and transparency.
