This is the best auto repair shop that I have ever dealt with. High quality diagnostics and repair. Like seriously. Everything was top notch, especially their attitude. They fixed my turbo, rear seal, valve cover gasket, water pump, fuel filter+pump, did innumerable oil changes. Sometimes they crack convoluted jokes that catch you off guard, but it is all in good humor.
I've been living in tariffville for about 10 years now always had a good relationship with the workers there. Recently I've called to talk to Tom and was told by Mario that I could not speak to Tom which was never an issue before Mario was super rude and unprofessional I will be bringing my business else were Mario talks to people as if he better then them that shouldn't be done with customers that are paying good money to get service done.
First off love tom but Mario has created a toxic work environment to employees including me and Tyler. Tom has failed to handle it instead brush off the issue and its not fair to us employees nor the customers who have witness Mario snapping and being rude. Unfortunately I won't be working no more for tom as that what Mario has stated multiple times to Tyler and wishes granted good luck in the future tom
Team at Village Auto worked tirelessly to troubleshoot a problem that was done wrong by a 'family' member. Forever grateful ❤️ as I was in an awful dilemma. They saved my sanity!
