Last week I had the pleasure of purchasing my dream car from Village Auto. Ken was my main guy I was dealing with and he was fabulous- from start to finish with our back and forth emails to him letting me drive off the lot with it before I even handed him the cheque! All around, the car is stunning and in amazing condition, I am so thrilled to have found it and I will continue to go to Village Auto and spread the good word!
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I reached out with sincere interest in purchasing a vehicle and came prepared with reasonable questions and a potential trade-in. Unfortunately, the response I received was unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional.
