I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I reached out with sincere interest in purchasing a vehicle and came prepared with reasonable questions and a potential trade-in. Super professional just overall a no pressure experience
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Daniel went above and beyond to help me when my car was at her worst. Not only did he diagnose and fix her issues, but he explained everything clearly, gave me an honest opinion, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. You own an import and you love your brand. And when it comes time to get something fixed you get the nerves on end for that same reason. Today’s vehicles tend to get shops that look at the big problem before looking at the small problem that can cause a big problem to look bad.
