I had Carlos work on my car before, and he did a great job. So, I went back because I was concerned about my breaks and a possible leak. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I’ve never had a worse experience with a mechanic. The owner was rude and belligerent, and he even lied about the service he supposedly did. This business is a scam, awful to deal with. Be careful!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Save yourself the headache and take your car anywhere else. The service here is an absolute joke. From the second I walked in, the staff was ridiculously rude, and acted like answering basic questions was a massive inconvenience. Watching the employees literally stand around arguing with each other in front of customers about price tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run. I’ve been going to this auto shop with my family for over a decade, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars. They are incredibly kind, honest, great prices and efficient. They always take the time to explain what’s going on, give you options, and offer genuinely helpful advice without making you feel pressured. I’ve been going to Sparkill Auto Village for over 10 years for all the families cars. They have always been friendly, honest, hardworking, fast, and reliable. I’ve always felt like I can trust them and they do a great job every time no questions !!! It’s not easy finding a good and honest mechanic, and I’m glad we found them. We went to Village Auto Body after an accident because a friend recommended them. They did a fantastic job fixing the car. It was pretty banged up and now it looks brand new. Not only did they fix the damage they practically detailed the inside. My car looked brand new on the inside too! They truly took good care of us and our car. I highly recommend them!!
