I don’t know why they have Office hours if they are just going to close the office whenever they want and not leave a note or a notice. Same thing with our keys being deactivated, no notice or letter. I haven’t been able to lock my front door from the outside since Friday, it is now monday and nothing has been said or done. AND it’s just my mom and I in the apartment. it’s ridiculous.
