Worst possible place you can rent from in the area. Spend an hour door dashing to literally any other apartment building in the STMA area and you’ll find that they’re all run by proper management companies. The women down in the office here have told me on multiple occasions about how shady and awful the two owners are and that they’re doing everything in their power to find new jobs because they only pay them like $18 an hour here to manage the entire property. You can tell the buildings were built in a hurry with cheap material made to look expensive. Huge door gaps. Heating and a/c take up precious space in the bedroom, are drafty and loud.
