My family and I have lived here for almost a year and it has been the most horrific place we have ever lived. It is dirty it is noisy and the office staff could care less about you and your concerns. We personally have a family living above us that we have called the police on more than once, and we’ve been to the office more than once to complain about the unbelievable amount of banging and noise.. My wife and I vacated early due to the ongoing management issues and feeling unsafe on the property. We dropped keys March 5th and haven't heard anything about our final move-out statement. We have been in contact with the regional manager AND the new office staff and have been given the run around of when we will actually find out if we owe them anything. I do not recommend EVER renting from a Pedcor owned property.

DEWARE!! MOLD!! LEAKS!! SCAMS I moved out months ago & have not gotten my Deposit back even though I complied with everything that was need. Not to mention the leak that there was which cause MOLD & they took forever to end my Lease! Let not get started on the management, they can’t keep a property manager for the life of them!
