Leasing office slow to resolve issues, rude and apathy when requesting help. Provided incorrect number for corporate, charged late fee with no notice after use of rental coupon, now charging for internet. Stephanie was very curt, unapologetic, and unhelpful. Called PEDCOR Corporate only to leave message, awaiting response.
I moved in in summer 2024 and come that winter we had a leak in our living room that was promised to be resolved by the end of December 2024. Here we are in September 2025 and still have and issue. Would not rent from here.

I have been living here going on three years and our rent went up last year but looking at the website the moving price is still lower than we’re paying then they send out a flyer saying they’re Loring our garage rent to $75 a month and when I asked about it because mine was still 140 they told me that mine would continue to be 140. I had a to loud music complaint so I turned it down. after I got the complaint I literally had it as low as I could then the next day I got a note in my door that it was still to loud lol I mean it’s not the neighbors fault that the building was built completely terrible but then I was literally walking around my apartment and the neighbor below me came up and told me I was to loud still with my walking lol like I don’t know what else to do I literally spend 1800 on a tiny one bedroom with pot heads all over the place even t... read more
