I would not recommend anyone moving here. First off you have homeowner association fees yet nothing gets fixed. They nickel and dime everything yet fix nothing. We are suppose to have pest control service then they stopped that. I could go o not and on. They continue to collect there fees and if you don't pay it they tell you they will cut your water off if you don't pay.
