I am very pleased with my Pulte home. My previous home in NJ was also a new build but that builder had the worst customer service ever and the workmanship was poor. My experience with Pulte is the complete opposite. They have been very responsive and quick to resolve any issues with my home. And these were minor issues since my home I feel is of good quality. Special thank you to Scott and Denise for all your hard work.
Just moved in April and when they built the neighbors house the contractors got concrete stains all over my home and left a mess. Starting to find cracks and left over marks around the house. I reported the stains 2 months ago and was told they will remove it. Still there. Cy will be doing our 1 year inspection so just waiting until then to see what else we missed.
