Concierge is loaded with people who do not understand their job. After experiencing a problem, we tried to get in touch with our Concierge and was told he was off for a couple days. The person covering him told us he was new as well and could not help us. We asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager on-site. We would have to wait 2 more days to see our concierge. We went down to see him that day he was supposed to be back but was told he would not be in for a few hours. It's not one of my favorite resorts as it's a tad dated. However, you can't find many prettier locations. It's located on the edge of town, which some will love.
