Awful, don’t do it
Living here has been a nightmare. The noise from the amenities goes on late into the night and constantly keeps my family awake. We’ve complained over and over again, tried reaching out to property management multiple times, and they’ve done absolutely nothing. They don’t respond, they don’t care, and they clearly have no respect for their residents. It’s beyond frustrating to pay this much for a place where management ignores you and basic peace and quiet doesn’t exist.
Liz is fantastic I’ve had two situations I’ve needed help with and handled. She was on top of both of those concerns right away and literally did everything for me. I couldn’t be more impressed with her she’s the best!
I absolutely have to give credit where it is due. There has been a HUGE change since the new management team has come in, and it has been for the better. The team in the office is super friendly and always on hand to help! The maintenance team is WAY more efficient. I submitted a work order 3 hours ago, and it's already been resolved! The property itself is always clean, and their pool & gym are AMAZING! Highly recommend :)
It’s been over 3 years since we moved here, I will refrain anyone from staying here. The incongruity of this place is well known as mentioned in previous reviews. The pestiferous nature of the job is understandable but the lack of management skill and attitude is galling . The management lacks empathy and the know how to decipher any situation.
