I love this apartment and have been incredibly grateful to Erin, Ethan and VeSean! I have lived here in a different unit and then transferred to a larger unit which ran incredibly smoothly. It is an incredible location near the Rayzor Ranch complex of various stores and apartments and right off I-35! With each new management team, the problems at this property seem to get worse instead of better. I have a laundry list of reasons why I would not recommend living here, but I’ll keep this fairly brief. The amenities are poorly maintained. Gym equipment is broken and a huge safety concern. A brand-new cornhole set purchased last year was left outside all winter and is now completely ruined. The pool area used to be one of the best parts of living here.
