I have lived here for two years and it was my first home after I moved to US as a student. For the first one year it was really nice we did not even get much service requests. But the second year was horrible. We used to request for service maintenance every now and then. Every week one of the corners of our house needed to be repaired. I loved this place the first few months I moved here. I planned to stay until I graduated from college. However, the last few months things went downhill quickly so I decided to go ahead and move. Maintanence used to be somewhat on top of things to then making it feel pointless to even put in maintenance requests. I had some maintenance requests left unattended for numerous months.
