I toured this complex with Ethan and he was very friendly, patient, and professional. I was really impressed with the amenities, and also I like that they are very modern. It was apparent that maintenance keeps the place clean and running very well. I'm hoping to be a future resident here.
So nice and so quiet I love it here it’s like a mansion
We have lived her for a full year now and we have loved it. It is very quiet, we never hear anything inside our apartment. We have not had any trouble with neighbors or management. It feels great to be able to come home and know we can just relax and have our own space. The management team has continued to be so helpful. Ethan is absolutely amazing, he is always super helpful. I toured this property with VaSean, she was absolutely awesome! The property itself is well kept and full of amenities. VaSean is so personable and definitely knows her stuff! Loved my experience with her!
I love this apartment and have been incredibly grateful to Erin, Ethan and VeSean! I have lived here in a different unit and then transferred to a larger unit which ran incredibly smoothly. It is an incredible location near the Rayzor Ranch complex of various stores and apartments and right off I-35!
