So far so good. I’ve been here for six months and the only issue I’ve had was a faulty garbage disposal which management replaced quickly. The complex is conveniently located near Avocado Boulevard and Highway 94 with three shopping centers in the area which include grocery stores, car wash, gym, banks, clothing stores, drugstores, etc. Each apartment has an assigned parking space, the grounds are kept clean and the complex is gated. The area is relatively quiet with minimal noise from people, traffic or jet planes.

My mom lived here for a little over seven years with little to no complaints other than not having a w/d in the apt. She made a lot of good friends that remained in her life until she passed last August. ❤️

My father was evicted without given a reason in the middle of the Covid pandemic. I left several messages for the manager Barbara to discuss why she was trying to do this to my 76 year old father. She never returned any of my calls. Discrimination is wrong. Barbara is completely unprofessional.
