Got denied to live here and honestly I’m not even upset about it because we have been waiting for our application refund for over a month. We keep getting the run around from management telling us it’ll come in 2-3 business days but again it’s been well over a month and still nothing. No one answers the phones and no one ever gets back to us when we leave a message. They really need to do better.

Although there were some operational opportunities for development; the property manager and her team does try to effectively resolve situations in an equitable manner. Work orders are responded to timely and the outer grounds are maintained. The leasing staff is also friendly in person; calling residents by name.
