Although there were some operational opportunities for development; the property manager and her team does try to effectively resolve situations in an equitable manner. Work orders are responded to timely and the outer grounds are maintained. The leasing staff is also friendly in person; calling residents by name.
I don't think no one work there Monday to Friday because every time I call no answer 😒 and always a recording with a man voice saying hello😰
I've lived here going to 2 years. I like it so far- my lake view is amazing!! the only thing is the parking situation - if you don't register your guest, the vehicle will be tow! and that person can only visit you 5x a month- after that needs to wait a fulll month. I don't mind i dont have friends- but before moving, I was visiting my now husband and they tow my car 2x, they had to add me to the lease so I can parked there without problem.. they need to clean more the pool more often-- other than that i love my apartment, an... read more
