Happy tenant for the past 6 years. We can not stress enough the management staff & maintenance team are awesome!! Five stars. Our a/c stopped working on the hottest month of summer say over 90+ degrees during the day and the evening just as hot without the sun. This happened Last Friday evening . The on-call maintenance team delivered window a/c units that very same night. After several days of trouble shooting the HVAC technician determined the unit was beyond repair. Avoid reviews on apartments.com. They only accept reviews that are over 3 stars. I lived here for almost 5 years. The good - safe, the current office staff is the best during the time I lived there. Also, the property is nicely cared for. Apartments are spacious, but if you’re in between two apartments, or over someone’s garage, it can be noisy.
