residents are very rude and bitter. I would not recommend to have your loved ones stay here. watermark does not take care of the residents, as well as the hard working employees.
My mother and my father-in-law have both lived in the independent living apartments for about 7 months and overall they are very pleased. The apartments are spacious and the heated underground parking is very convenient. The weekly cleaning service is nice and the washer and dryer in each unit is very convenient. The meals are OK but but is one area that could be improved. The staff is friendly and helpful and the residents all seem very nice. Overall a good value.
My Dad has lived in an apartment on the Independent Living side for 3 years. Legacy has done some remodeling in that time and is very nice. There are lots of activities, amenities and each apartment has its own storage unit in the basement. The only concern would be the food- variety and choices but other than that it is a very nice place to live and meet others.
There is such an inconsistency in posting the calendar. And recently a number of things have been cancelled. It makes things difficult for the residents but also for family members who live away but like to talk to their family who live there.
