RecommendedMy bf and I moved here from Mi and we chose this apt blindly. We could not be happier. Our apartment is spacious and beautiful and the complex is gated. Love the pool and all the other little perks to living here. They even have doggy bags scattered. The staff is top notch!! Love every single one of the girls at the office and the two maintenance guys that we’ve had come fix stuff on several occasions are fast, very friendly and fun to talk to. you can hear everyone's business!! i hate every minute of it .. worst place please look somewhere else before coming here the walls are paper thin and neighbors are awful!
We've lived at Madison Lake Ned since 2010 and we hate to leave. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the only reason we are leaving is we out grew the place over 6 years. Thanks Madison! We'll miss living here and would recommend Madison Lake Ned to anyone looking to live in Winter Haven.
I love living here!! It's beautiful, well kept lawns, great, fast maintenance crew. Office personal friendly and eager to help. Security gate at entrance is a plus. Well recommended.
