We paid a premium for a Villa in Hawks Cay with a private pool. The pool was covered in active green algae. Multiple calls/texts back and forth to address the issue and all the pool guy did was skim the pool. We were unable to use the pool for the entirety of our stay, and request for refund of the premium paid for the pool was denied.

My family loved the place location and the house was immaculate the little beach right outside the back door was amazing soo relaxing communication with Pam was quick and very helpful only thing need to be addressed is theirs a pipe in the back but it’s locked it should at least have a hose to rinse before entering the house but we improvised and just fill buckets I will definitely stay here again 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Una semana de vacaciones en esta villa y ha sido una estancia muy placentera. La comunicación con los host si se necesita algo es bien rápida, todo está limpio y perfectamente acomodado. Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado al máximo y pronto regresaremos!!!
